How to insert inline Javascript in WordPress Block with Gutenberg Editor

I searched around and it wasn’t super obvious, but apparently with the new Gutenberg editor, you can insert inline javascript by adding an HTML Block. The downside is that by default there is no syntax highlighting, but it’s simple and FAST. No more fiddling around with silly plugins to get javascript on to your page. An additional advantage is to make sure that you are only hooking in javascript on pages that need it instead of every single page. I have lost count of how many plugins burden your entire WordPress installation by copying themselves everywhere.
